We have specially designed Flavour Club to make you a better cook with the added convenience of delivering directly to your door.   


What can I expect in my Flavour Kit order? 

Each MasterFoods Flavour Club™ Kit comes packed with 6 x MasterFoods™ Spice Jars, exclusive recipes and flavour hacks to help you level up your cooking game. Plus, each order gets a bonus exclusive Flavour Club Special Blend sachet that you can select at checkout.


What is the set of cards in the kit?

As part of the Flavour club offering we wanted to help provide not just a range of herbs and spices to cook up some delicious meals, but also a fun way to bring some fun conversations to the dinner table. Our card game provides a range of curated questions to help ignite lively conversations, whether you’re having a dinner party with friends,  hosting a high tea, having mates around for your famous curry, or cooking up a special meal for date night, MasterFoods has you covered!


How do I use a Flavour Club kit?  

Your MasterFoods Flavour Club™ Kit will include instructions on how to use your herbs and spices and create flavoursome meals. The kits will get you started on a flavour journey with six herbs and spices, exclusive recipe cards and flavour hacks. Then the flavour opportunities are almost endless as you can mix and match your new herbs and spices to create even more dishes. Every kit is aimed to help you create delicious meals and level up your cooking game.  


Where do you deliver to? 

We deliver flavour Australia Wide.

I live overseas, can I get MasterFoods Flavour Club™ delivered outside Australia? 

At this time, deliveries are only available for residents in Australia. While you wait, keep an eye on our social pages for other flavour tips. 


How much is shipping? 

Flavour Club ships throughout Australia with Free Shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 containing our Flavour Kits will incur a $10 delivery fee. Orders of our Special Blend sachets only, are free delivery. 

How long will my order take to arrive? 

All stock ships from our distribution centre in NSW and is dispatched using the most appropriate courier for your location. We aim for all orders to be dispatched within 2 business days. 

Delivery times indicated below are from the day of dispatch.

  • Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro – 3 days
  • Regional VIC/NSW – 5 days
  • WA, NT, SA, TAS, regional QLD – 7 days 

Please note: Current volume in the post system is causing order delays with delivery times averaging 1-2 weeks nationwide. We will get flavour to your door as soon as possible.


How should I store my Flavour Club Spices?  

Our Flavour Club herbs, spices and blends are best stored in a cool dry place. Find them easily with our colour coded caps; green for herbs, orange for spices and burgundy for blends.

Can I buy these products in my local supermarket? 

The MasterFoods Flavour Club™ Kit includes exclusive recipe cards and hacks, plus the exact herbs, spices or blend you need. However, you will be able to spot the products in supermarkets. Many of our Special Edition Sachet Blends are exclusive to Flavour Club.

Can I change my delivery address after checkout? 

Please make sure you check your delivery address before completing your order. We try and get your Flavour Club kit to you as soon as possible and therefore if your order has already been sent we can’t change the delivery address.

Where is my order? 

Once we have shipped your Flavour Club order, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping and tracking details. It’s easy to keep an eye on when flavour will be delivered to your door!


What is your return policy? 

We hope you will love your Flavour Club kit as much as we do!

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service team so we can make it right.

You can do this via email or speak to our team on 1800 816 016 (AUS). 

Please note, we do not accept returns if you change your mind and no longer want the product due to food safety reasons. 

However, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item: is not what you ordered; is missing items; is damaged during shipping; or does not get delivered. 

We do make all efforts to ensure that goods arrive safely and undamaged in transit. Please contact our customer service team if you have any delivery problems, or if the package has been damaged on its way to you. 

In the event that you receive a faulty product, we will send a replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return. We will share with you a paid return mailer for use within Australia.
